Vacation Home Description:

The downstairs features a living room with fireplace, cable TV with DVD & VCR, dining room, sunroom facing the lake, large kitchen fully equipped, full bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry room with washer and dryer.

The upstairs features four bedrooms and a full bath with bathtub.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and a single, the third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth bedroom has a single bed.  There is plenty of closet space and drawer space.

The front of the house facing the lake has a wonderful large deck, which is trimmed with benches, table and four chairs.

Our frontage is 130 feet and we have a large boat dock and great swimming (sandy bottom).  We have a 12 foot picnic table, two wooden Adirondack chairs, three chaise lounge chairs and endless lawn chairs.

In our garage you will find a charcoal grill and plenty of firewood.  We have a wonderful wide yard for badminton, crochet and volleyball.

We ask that you supply your own sheets and towels.  We have plenty of blankets, pillows etc.  A set of king size sheets are available for the master bedroom in case you do not have your own set.

Our house is located on a private road.  It is a wonderful area for bike riding, walks and roller blades.  In the winter there are fields for snowmobiling and cross-country skiing.  You can snowmobile on the lake when it is frozen.  We are near Peak n Peak and Holiday Valley.
